Obviously I’m worried about the whole Russia situation. With much of the debate about the world entering a new Cold War, I’m scared about what it might mean because ultimately I’m young and don’t recall what it was like the first time around. My opinions about what happened have largely been influenced by the limited books I’ve read and the multiple films I’ve watched. Being a movie connoisseur above anything else, here are my top five Cold War films. Any other suggestions?

Not directly related to the Cold War in terms of actual conflict (but then there wasn’t any really), but The Lives Of Others clearly depicts the fall-out from the Cold War. It’s only fair to add a non-Hollywood-type film to your list too!
Agreed…that is a great film. Gutted I forgot about it, actually.
