Check out this BBC news story on computer gaming in China. It doesn’t get more ridiculous.

Congratulations AFC Wimbledon for storming ahead and getting promoted from the Rymans First Division. A draw on Saturday will enable AFC to clinch its second league title in two years. The club will now play next season’s football against the mighty Worthing, Slough and Staines in the Rymans Premiership. Only three more promotions until we once again achieve league status!

I come back from France to find that the Conservative election campaign has been destroyed as the squabbling that the party is famous for has once again returned.

Also don’t you just love impartial news? During today’s lunch break I was watching Sky News while I eating my turkey and Swiss cheese sandwich. The channel was hosting one of those ask the Prime Minister questions specials. The host, a very pretty blonde lady, asked the audience the question ‘do you think that crime has got better or worse under the Labour Government?’ Three quarters of the audience put their hands up to say that crime has got better. Excuse my cynicism but do you think that the audience was rigged?

Tony Blair has the widest of grins because no matter how much wrong he does he will always win out thanks to a biased media and an ineffective opposition.

Why is the media so obsessed with making sure that Camilla is not Queen? What has she ever done to piss them and the public off? Diana was a woman who had over ten affairs and counting, why does the media continue to make her out to be this supreme being? All Camilla has ever done has stood by a man who has finally been allowed to love and marry her. She may not be the most attractive woman in the world but she deserves to be happy and if that involves marrying our future king then so be it.

The gamers amongst you should know that 2005 is the year of the portable consoles. Since the early days of the Gameboy, Nintendo have for ever ruled the market. However now Sony are entering the market by launching the PSP, a console that is simply too good to be true. At £200 it’s not cheap but it is much more then just a games machine. It will come out in April. Have a look at Play for further details.
